1. SMS & Email Opt-In
1.1 SMS Opting In
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:
Appointment reminders and confirmations.
Changes or cancellations.
Promotions, offers, and spa updates.
You can unsubscribe anytime by replying "STOP" to any message. Standard messaging rates may apply. Refer to our full Privacy Policy for more details.
1.2 Email Opt-In
By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from Zelene Head Spa related to appointments, updates, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.
2. Services & Refund Policy
All spa services, including spa packages, are non-refundable once purchased, booked, or completed. If you'd like to exchange a service, requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Exchanges are only possible for services of equal or lesser value.
We do not offer refunds based on individual response to treatment or unsatisfactory results, as outcomes vary. However, we encourage clients to communicate with us within 48 hours of service if they experience any issues. We may offer follow-up consultations at no additional cost.
Note: Refund and service policies may vary slightly by franchise location. Please consult with your local spa for any location-specific guidelines.
2.1 No-Show Policy
To provide exceptional service to all clients, our no-show policy includes a 100% fee for missed appointments without prior notice. Frequent no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings, allowing us to better serve our valued customers.
3. Promotional Discounts
All promotional offers, discounts, and limited-time deals are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other discounts or memberships unless explicitly stated. Deposits made for promotional bookings are non-refundable.
4. Zelene Card (Rewards Wallet)
Zelene Card is our prepaid rewards wallet, available in your client account and compatible with Apple Wallet.
Load any amount and conveniently pay for services or products.
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent using your Zelene Card.
1,000 points = $10 redeemable credit toward future spa services or products.
Points do not expire and can be tracked in your account.
Funds loaded are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Auto-reload is available for ease of use.
Note: Points are earned on paid value only. No points are earned on redeemed points, gifted bonus points, or free services.
5. Membership Program (Updated May 1, 2026)
Zelene Membership is a 6-month minimum commitment wellness plan designed to promote consistent scalp, hair, and wellness care while supporting better long-term results.
Billing & Renewal
- Memberships are billed at the time of enrollment and renew automatically each month.
- Monthly ACH billing is processed on or around the 25th of each month for the upcoming membership cycle beginning on the 1st of the following month.
- Example: If you enroll on September 20, your first membership payment is collected at enrollment, and future monthly payments will process on or around September 25 for the October membership cycle.
- Membership benefits become active only after payment has successfully cleared. Because ACH processing may require several business days, membership privileges remain pending until payment confirmation is received.
- If payment fails, membership benefits, pricing, and session usage are suspended until payment is resolved.
Membership Pricing
Effective May 1, 2026, membership pricing at our Mansfield and Flower Mound locations is as follows:
- Silver Membership: $74/month
- Gold Membership: $104/month
- Platinum Membership: $144/month
Membership pricing at other Zelene locations may vary by market and location.
Membership pricing may be adjusted periodically with advance notice.
Commitment Period
A minimum commitment of 6 months is required. Membership may be canceled any time after the initial 6-month term with written notice.
Early Cancellation
Early cancellations within the initial 6-month period incur a $150 early termination fee.
Exclusivity
Membership discounts may not be combined with promotions, sales, package pricing, or third-party offers.
Service Rollover
- Members may roll over one unused membership session for one additional month only, provided the membership remains active.
- Any unused rollover session beyond that period will expire.
- If membership is canceled, suspended, or expires, unused sessions are forfeited.
Designated Family Member Use
One designated family member listed on the membership account may use a rollover session only. Membership sessions are otherwise non-transferable.
No-Show & Cancellation Policy
- A no-show appointment will result in forfeiture of the scheduled membership session.
- Late cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the membership service value.
Active Membership Requirement
Membership benefits may only be used when membership is active prior to service.
Reward Points by Membership Tier
- Silver: 1x points per $1
- Gold: 1.5x points per $1
- Platinum: 2x points per $1
- Exclusive: 2x points per $1
5.1 Membership Upgrade Policy – 6-Month Commitment Reset
When a client upgrades to a higher-tier membership, the 6-month minimum commitment period resets from the date of upgrade. This ensures full access to upgraded membership benefits while maintaining alignment with Zelene’s service commitment model.
Location-Specific Service Pricing
Selected service pricing may vary by location.
Effective May 1, 2026, updated service pricing applies specifically to our Mansfield and Flower Mound locations.
Current pricing is reflected on each location’s booking platform and in-store pricing.
5.2 Acceptance of Updated Terms
Zelene Head Spa reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, billing procedures, participating services, and program terms with advance notice.
Continued enrollment, renewal, billing, or use of membership benefits after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised membership terms.
6. Care Club Annual Program (2026)
Care Club is Zelene Head Spa’s annual wellness membership designed to provide consistent relaxation, scalp, and hair care support throughout the year.
Membership Details
- Annual membership available for one selected location
- Membership is valid through December 31 of the calendar year, regardless of join date
Monthly Benefits
- 1 Relaxation Wellness Boost (can be used independently)
- Facial Massage
- Gua Sha
- Scalp Massage
- 1 Scalp & Hair Wellness Boost (must be paired with a Full Head Spa service)
- Detox
- Treatment
- Exfoliation
- Recovery
- Oil Infusion
- If a Full Head Spa service is booked at regular price, both boosts may be redeemed in the same visit
- If a complimentary membership service is already included in the visit, only one Care Club boost may be used
Usage Rules
- Maximum 1 retail credit per month for 1 unused boost (valued at $10)
- Monthly boosts do not roll over
- Benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member
- Care Club benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated
General Terms
- Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
- All services and benefits have no cash value
- Program terms may be updated with notice to ensure service quality and consistency
7. Rewards Redemption Policy
To ensure fairness and sustainability, Zelene follows a one reward per visit policy:
You may redeem up to 5,000 reward points ($50 value) OR
Apply your Membership discount (up to 20%)
These rewards cannot be combined or stacked in the same visit. Clients may choose the benefit that offers the best value for them.
Additional Terms:
Points are redeemable for eligible spa services or retail products.
No points are earned on redeemed value, bonus credits, or complimentary services.
Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Rewards must be redeemed in-store only and cannot be used toward gratuity.
Zelene reserves the right to update reward terms to maintain program fairness and service quality.
8. Gift Cards and Tipping Policy
Zelene Gift Cards are redeemable for spa services and retail products only. They cannot be used for gratuity or tips.
If you'd like to leave a tip for your specialist, we kindly ask that you do so via cash, Venmo, or a separate payment method at checkout.
This policy ensures proper handling of funds and that your appreciation goes directly to your service provider.
9. Glow+ VIP Reward System
Clients who are both Zelene Members and Zelene Card users are upgraded to Glow+ VIP status.
Earn up to 3x points per $1 spent when paying with Zelene Card and holding active membership.
Exclusive bonus gifts, early booking access, and seasonal rewards.
Special access to bonus point promotions.
Glow+ Cap: The maximum reward point earning rate is capped at 3x per $1, even when combining card + membership tiers.
One Reward Benefit Per Visit: Clients may apply only one of the following at checkout:
Use a membership discount, or
Redeem points toward services or products
These benefits cannot be combined in the same transaction.
Points are not earned on: free services, redeemed value, or gifted bonus points.
10. Participating Locations Disclaimer
Zelene Memberships, Gift Cards, and Zelene Card balances are valid and redeemable only at participating Zelene Head Spa locations.
While most locations accept these forms of payment, some independently owned and operated franchisees may opt out of certain programs. Participation in rewards programs is voluntary for franchisees and may be subject to local terms and availability.
We recommend checking with your preferred location in advance or contacting customer service to confirm availability.
11. Photo & Video Consent and Media Use
During your visit, we may take photos or videos for the purposes of documenting services, scalp progress, and results. These visuals may be used for:
Internal training or quality assurance
Client consultations (e.g., before/after scalp analysis)
Marketing, social media, and educational content
We respect your privacy and will make every effort to remove identifying features (such as your full face or voice) unless you have given verbal or written consent.
If you prefer not to be recorded or featured in any form of media, please inform your specialist at the beginning of your appointment. We will fully honor your request without affecting your service.
In the rare case that an image or video is published without consent, please contact us at privacy@zelenespa.com, and we will promptly review and remove the content if appropriate.
